One Laois person woke up €180,000 richer this morning following last nights’ National Lottery Draw.
A Quick Pick sold in SuperValu on the Abbeyleix Road in Portlaoise came up trumps as it had five numbers and the bonus on it.
There was just one winning ticket of the overall Lotto draw.
The ticket, sold in Knocklyon, Dublin, netted the lucky punter a whopping €12.8m jackpot prize.
The numbers drawn were 2, 15, 19, 26, 37, 38 and the bonus number 39.
