Allwood Architectural Joinery are based just outside Portlaoise. We have been specializing in the manufacture of specialist joinery for high end fit outs for hotels, bars, restaurants, offices, and residential for the past 20 years.

We are looking to recruit Cabinet Makers/Joiners/Fitters for the manufacture of high end cabinetry and specialist joinery.
The ideal candidate will have.
- Joinery/Cabinet making qualification/experience (9 years Minimum)
- Be willing to work as part of a team or on own initiative
- Be able to follow detailed drawings and identify parts of assemble
- Must be capable of producing cutting lists
- Fluency in English
- Flexibility as there may be a requirement to do overtime now and again
- The ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to use the following machinery. Panel saw, moulder, planer, spindle moulder, edge bander, panel sander, tenoner, veneer press and power tools
- Must be able to finish joinery/cabinetry to a very high standard.
- The ability to work to deadline.
- Must have a passion for continuous improvement
- Must be punctual
- CNC programming/operating an advantage but not essential
You must be capable of producing work to the highest of Quality. This is a long term position with a pension. Apply with CV only or you will not be reviewed. Minimum 9 years’ experience.
